The equipment tab correlates with the Equip button at the bottom of the NERIS report similar to NFIRS
This allows you to manually enter particular Usage Types your department uses often within NERIS
If you click New, you can then enter the code and description of your Usage Type
Within the NERIS incident itself, you can Click the Equip button if this is enabled for your department
The Equip button can be enabled or disabled here under the general tab of NERIS Setup:
Once enabled and you select the Equip button, you will see the following view
Then you can Click new in the bottom Left corner, and will see the Manual Equipment Entry form where you can select your usage types
