Many agency's who are reporting in NERIS have been told by their county/ state officials that they are onboarding status is not confirmed. This is due to a requirement within the NERIS portal that
Login to NERIS portal
Go to My Account and select Edit Department
Fill out the form to the best of your ability and scroll to the bottom.
You must confirmed with that checkbox and then click submit.
