NYS OFPC has used the Demographics forms to submit agency's for NERIS onboarding by FSRI. Once OFPC has submitted to FSRI you should receive the following email: please click on the link within that email as highlighted below:
It will bring you to https://safetyscience.my.site.com/neris/
Please fill out the form completely. As you start to type your department name in, it will auto search the field.
Click Next
Click submit
You have now submitted for your NERIS account. Please look out for your welcome email to setup the portal.

You will shortly receive this email:
Please then go to https://neris.fsri.org/admin/account
Enter your email and the temporary password provided in the email
You will now be prompted to enter a new password.
You will then be emailed a MFA code you must enter:
You are now signed in and ready to setup your department.
