To print out or email the new NERIS reports from the incident, the functionality is the same as the old NFIRS system.
By clicking the Print button, you will see the new NERIS Base report, as well as other NERIS reports that pertain to tracking specific information with your incident
By Clicking preview, you will see the new NERIS incident summary report that covers all the data entered.
You can then print this out as you would the old NFIRS reports or save it as a .pdf file
Report manager:
Within the Report manager as well any applicable NFIRS reporting is now visible and available for NERIS
These can be ran as needed for your reporting needs.
For the 2025 Reporting year, after a department has gone live with NERIS and needs to run their reporting that is based on Personnel attendance, they can click the Sync NFIRS/NERIS button on the report
This button will sync any NERIS attendance data to the corresponding NFIRS report that is generated alongside the NERIS.
This allows for the reporting of 2025 to be accurate with the shift from NFIRS to NERIS. In 2026, this will not be needed as all incidents will be NERIS.
