The location tab is used to see the location information of the alarm:
From here, you can see a map with the location of the call on a detailed map overlay:
You can also fill out additional information regarding the location as shown below:
By clicking on the Extended address tab, you will be able to fill out more address information as needed.
You can also View the property record by clicking on the View Property button if the address you selected is linked to a record in your system:
Or you can find a different property if needed, remove a property link, or refresh the property information.
When clicked it will open the property search to replace the record.
When a new property is selected it will autofill the following if entered into the property record:
- Street Number
- Street Name
- City
- State
- Zip Code
The cross-street tab is used to enter any cross streets that are relevant to the incident.
There are 2 ways to enter the information.
Simple entry
- When clicking New, you will see the simple cross street setup:
- You can then enter the name of the street or highway and save the record.
Advanced Entry
- Within the simple cross street setup, you can click “Advanced Cross Street Entry” 
- Then you can fill out the respective information:
