The emerging hazards section is where you would enter any hazards that were involved in the incident
You can enter any Electrical hazards, Power generation hazards or Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST) Hazards
To add an electrical hazard, click New, and then you can fill out the following information
- Type of electrical hazard
- Source or Target of the hazard
- Was it involved in a crash?
- Did Re-ignition occur?
- Suppression Methods
To add a Power Generation Hazard, click New and fill out the following information
- Type of power generation
- Target or source of power generation
- Photovoltaic Type
The CSST does not have a separate window, but answer the following question regarding their involvement in the incident
- Is CSST Suspected as the ignition source?
- Lighting is suspected as cause of ignition.
- Was the CSST Grounded?
