Watch this short video covering the Medical Report Tab in NERIS for a guided walkthrough
The medical tab is where you will enter any PCR data if the incident type is a medical code.
In here you will enter your PCR Number, and patient information that is applicable
To create a PCR report, click on the plus box in the top left corner
You can also have more than one PCR report in the record.
Then enter the medical information below relating to the PCR report
For some departments that are looking to track more EMS information, they can choose to opt into the advanced EMS report by enabling it within NERIS Setup
As far as NERIS is concerned, the only fields they are looking for regarding an EPCR are the ones above, the advanced EMS information once enabled does not transfer over to NERIS
To access the Advanced EMS report click on the EMS Report button
This will open an updated version of the NFIRS EMS report that was used previously, this is just for local reporting and information entered here does not report to NERIS
